      The evolution of ingredients, the preparation of food and the social and historical aspects of the holidays we celebrate have always fascinated me.

      The articles I have written include related recipes. Most of these recipes have been featured in various meals I've catered as The Elegant Chef. The recipes have been adapted from those of renowned chefs or have been inspired by the local communities I have lived in during my years living and traveling abroad.
